The swim will be held at Walt Williamson Swimming Pool In Rockton, IL. The swim will be 400yds long and will be typical down back across under rope fashion. Swimmers will be sent off every 30 secs. It is very important that swimmers give an accurate estimation of their swimming time. If you are very unsure of you swimming capabilities please ask to be placed at the end of the line as a courtesy to other participants. If you have severely underestimated your time and are causing congestion in the pool the race officials reserve the right to pull you from the pool and move you too the end of the line for restart.
