year. Well...you might ask "How do I get in on such a raffle?". Pretty simple really. All you have to do is what you already do, train, race, volunteer...except with us. "The Rules" yes there are always rules… First you have to be an active club member. I.E. you

have to have joined the club. Second you must notify "Head Point Keeper", not yet assigned, within 14 days of doing something you think should be a point. Third, how do you get points. So far the list is as follows.

Not sure if I was just in a "non-reading" mood when I read this one or simply just didn't like it. Although the book was filled with a lot of good information it really didn't contain much "new" or different info. What made matters worse was I found it fairly difficult to read. It was somewhere between a "technically" written book and an "Easy reading" book. Personally I never really got into the "flow" of the book. All in all I can't say it was a

bad book but it certainly is not in my top 10 list either. If you haven't read a whole lot on tri stuff and you're looking for a book with good basic and fairly in depth info this may be the book for you. If on the other hand you're looking for some basic guidelines that are clearly laid out, not the book. If you're looking for some new ideas for advanced training, also not the book.
